Caramel Corn

Pop the popcorn.  Bring the corn syrup, butter, brown sugar and salt to a boil mixing well.  Toss with the popped popcorn. Line a rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. Spread on the baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees until crisp, 10 to 15 minutes, checking often. Cool completely. - Jane

1/3 cup corn syrup, light

1 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter
